Access control handling module

Strict authentication

DOAS system can be entered only after providing a user name and a password. In case of stricter security requirements Rubin provides an optional hardware token based security

Creation of partner groups

The program can be assigned into groups, and entitlement of these can be handled together in a simpler setting.

Elementary access rights

DOAS system contains several hundred so called elementary access rights, these control access to certain functions and the visibility of certain menu points. In case of each business record there is a particular elementary access right to view, to create and to delete.

Access groups

In the system there are functions dependent on certain elementary access rights, and functions and roles imagined by the developers, which contain the pre-set rates of the elementary functions. These access rights dependent functions and function groups can be assigned to users and user groups maintained by roots. RUBIN has a wide range of elementary access rights groups, but if required we can come up with further developments.

LDAP integration

DOAS developments are aiming at the integration into LDAP in the near future.
