Customers can be placed in any of the partner groups, that can be based on marketing or discount groups. With these, group procedures and group queries can be executed, as well as customer groups can be subject to marketing actions and campaigns.
When dealing with an important or a V.I.P. customer the system sends a notice to the administrator. Customers can be paired up with a customer manager within the company.
Detailed partner data sheet categorizes all the events and data in connection with the partner in a logical way; this is shown and can be modified as well.
The partner is perfectly integrated with CRM, their functions are interdependent.
Payment parameters of each customer can be set in details. Manner of payment, deadline for payment, language of business record, and credit can be recorded as well.
Due to flaws in data recording it can occur that a partner is entered into the database more than once. DOAS-II system can close these up in a way that data recorded earlier remain intact. Searching for duplicated data DOAS-II provides a searching function.
A selected customer’s information and history is available from anywhere at any time, here, one can read the customer’s actions such as purchasing, and partner groups in a chronological order. In case the customer has a complaint of open status, the program sends an instant notice.
In order to enable tracing work done executed exercises can be traced in a calendar. Information about the status of a particular task or exercise can be viewed in a table or checked in a query.
Managers can monitor employees’ work, can handle out tasks, and can check the status of tasks handed out. If an employee decides to postpone a project they are obliged to record the reason for this in the system, and the manager can claim a report in the project at any time. Tasks can be accompanied by alerting and notice information if the particular task is not finished yet.
A chain task is a line of tasks defined by the user company’s requirements. When one particular task is finished the program offers a task list that shows the next possible task to complete. The employee is obliged to choose from this list, which has previously been ratified by the relevant manager, (e.g. after a test drive the program suggests the making and sending of an offer. Related tasks can be handed commonly, thus it is easy to follow the necessary steps and time for each action.
DOAS provides automatic tasks creation, e.g. on the arrival of an ordered vehicle, a “customer notice” type-tasks can be created.
