Rent and rent car module
Handling of several price lists
DOAS can define more price lists at once, thus it is possible to give separate prices for renting belonging to normal and garage servicing. Seasonal pricing, i.e. different prices for holiday or touristic top season, is also available in DOAS. Daily prices, extra kilometre prices, delay costs, refuelling costs can also be defined with by DOAS system.
Integration with servicing module
If the customer is provided with a rent car this can be invoiced on the worksheet as well.
Stores register
The system can handle recording of extra accessory equipment (ski box, towing hook, etc.) beside the data of the rent car.).
Calendar surface
To check the status of a particular car DOAS provides a calendar surface, here one can check the status of any particular car or accessory. Renting procedure can be launched directly from the calendar surface.
